All of our physicians are accepting new patients. If you require a referral please obtain one from your primary care physician and bring it with you on the day of your appointment along with your insurance card so we can make a copy of it for our records.
OFFICE HOURS
Both of our offices are opened Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on
Friday’s 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Actual appointment times vary from day to day depending on the physician and office you are going to. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible to accommodate your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS
We participate in Medicare and Medicaid and most other insurance plans including HMO’s. It is important for you to keep your insurance information up to date so that there will not be a problem with coverage after a procedure is performed. Co-payments are expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for your convenience.
EMERGENCIES
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week. Call 914-235-3535 or 914-698-2056 and one of our physicians will be contacted immediately.
